fn BlockFill & fn LongBlockFill		statement

Syntax:
fn BlockFill(startAddr&, numBytes&, byteValueExpr)
fn LongBlockFill(startAddr&, numBytes&, byteValueExpr)

Description:
Fills each byte in a range of memory with the value specified in byteValExpr. The startAddr& parameter indicates the first memory address to fill, and numBytes& indicates the number of bytes in the range. fn BlockFill and fn LongBlockFill are identical.
